3️⃣ 收貨後請立即檢查 為保障您的權益，收到商品後請立即開箱檢查內容物是否正確與完整： 若由他人代收，因未妥善冷藏導致商品失溫軟化，本公司無法負責。 請於室溫10分鐘內完成處理，避免因溫度變化影響產品品質。

4️⃣ 商品運送問題處理方式 若於配送過程中發生明顯損壞或瑕疵，請當下即向宅配人員反映，並拍照存證。我們也請您立即聯絡客服，以利後續處理。

1️⃣ 7-ELEVEN Pickup Delivery Restrictions This service is available only within the main island of Taiwan, and the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. Please note: Each order is limited to 10kg in weight, and the combined dimensions (length width height) must not exceed 90cm. If your order exceeds these limits, we will contact you to assist in splitting the order. A new order will need to be placed accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 🙏

2️⃣ Product Nature (Non-Returnable) All our products are classified as perishable items with a short shelf life. According to Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, these items do not fall under the 7-day appreciation (return) period. We appreciate your understanding.

3️⃣ Please Inspect Immediately Upon Delivery To protect your rights, please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt to ensure the contents are correct and in good condition. If someone else receives the package on your behalf and it is not stored properly (e.g., left at a reception desk or management office), we cannot be held responsible for any loss of temperature or product softening. Please handle the items within 10 minutes at room temperature to prevent any quality deterioration due to temperature changes.

4️⃣ Reporting Issues with Shipping If there is any visible damage or defect caused during shipping, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel and take photos as evidence. Kindly contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
